BCME award 2026

For the 12th year in a row, Jefferson Township Public Schools has earned the 2026 Best Communities for Music Education Award from the NAMM Foundation© for its articulated, quality K-12 music programs, performance events, and certified music educators.

Areas of annual award consideration:

1. Percentage of music students enrolled within each grade level cluster
2. Certified music educators with advanced degrees
3. Performance event opportunities
4. Community involvement and collaboration
