The Realtime Parent Portal will officially open on Friday, August 14th at 3:30 PM for the 2026–2027 school year.
How to Access the Portal
- Visit jefftwp.org
- Navigate to the Parents dropdown menu
- Select Realtime Parent Portal.
Login Credentials: To access the system, you must use your unique portal code or username and password. If you are missing this information, please contact your child’s school secretary directly for assistance.
To unlock and view your child's schedule for the upcoming year, you must first complete the following:
- Complete Parent Surveys: Fill out the required annual parent surveys within the portal.
- Clear Outstanding Fees: Ensure your child does not owe any outstanding school fines or fees.
Please carefully review your phone numbers and email addresses and make any necessary corrections, as this data is used for all important and emergency school messages throughout the year.
